Terms and Conditions for NADA Show 2026 – Boston Common Golf Match Sweepstakes

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering the sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) as described below, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is promoted by CarGurus, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “CarGurus”), 1001 Boylston Street, 16th Floor, Boston, MA, 02115. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with NADA.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal US residents, who are (1) 18 years of age or over as of date of entry; (2) as of date of entry, are the properly authorized representative of an automobile dealer in the US; and (3) a registered attendee of the NADA Show 2026 (“Qualifying Dealer”).  Employees, representatives, or agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations, and the members of the immediate family or those living in the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not increase chances of winning and may result in the entrant's entry being filtered out.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

The Sweepstakes begins on February 4, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on February 6, 2026 at 12:30pm PT. The Sponsor has the right to end the Sweepstakes at any time. To enter, the Qualifying Dealer must meet with a CarGurus representative at the CarGurus NADA booth (Booth #1501W) and have their badge scanned. The offer is not transferable and may be revoked or changed at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected submissions or for telecommunications system, computer software, or hardware errors, or data loss.

PRIZE

The prize to be awarded to the Sweepstakes winner, consist of the following (the “Prize”) (1) two (2) tickets to the Fan Zone for the Boston Common Golf match (the “Match”), expected to be held on February 24, 2026 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL;
(2) roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) from the prize  winner’s nearest airport to Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) or Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL);
(3) hotel accommodations for two (2) people (one room, double occupancy) at PGA National Resort for two (2) nights on February 23, 2026 and February 24, 2026; and
(4) complimentary airport transfers and transportation to and from the Match from the hotel on February, 24, 2026.

The approximate retail value of this package is $4,500, based on a Boston, MA departure. Actual value may vary depending on the point of departure. No difference in between the actual and approximate prize value will be awarded.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Prize permitted, except in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) the winner must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding attendance at the event; (ii) Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be converted to cash or substituted for any other prize (except at Sponsor’s option); (iii) any costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation: meals; beverages; gratuities; entertainment; personal expenses; health and travel insurance; and taxes; (iv) Prize may not be resold or exchanged for other events, and the Sponsor reserves the right to void any tickets or part of the Prize that are resold or transferred in violation of these rules; (v) the Sponsor reserve the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (vi) by accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Releasees (defined below) if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; (vii) neither Sponsor nor any of its prize suppliers will replace any lost or stolen tickets; (viii) Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or unforeseen events that may affect the event or the winner’s travel arrangements.

SELECTION OF WINNER

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing at approximately 4:00pm Eastern Time on February 9, 2026 (the "Draw Date"), from all eligible entries received. The winner will be chosen through a random selection from the pool of qualified participants. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email at the email address provided on the enrollment form within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.

VERIFICATION

All participants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of information for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor, may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.), or attempted transmission of submission or of attempted submission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor computers or Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Sweepstakes will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor.

WINNER CONFIRMATION

The Sponsor or their designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the selected participant by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date (“Contact Date”). The selected participant must respond to the email and provide all information reasonably requested by the Sponsor including, without limitation, full legal names, dates of birth, and preferred departure airport(s) within forty-eight (48) hours of the Contact Date. Upon timely receipt of the required information, the Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to coordinate and confirm travel arrangements and to deliver all elements of the Prize in advance of the event, subject to availability, the timelines of any third-party travel providers, and receipt of tickets and other prize components from the event organizer, venue, and/or prize suppliers. . If the selected participant cannot be contacted or respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the Contact Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then they may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible participant from among the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected participant). 

BEFORE BEING DECLARED THE CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the selected participant will be required to sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Terms and Conditions; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsor and their affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the selected participant: (a) fails to return the properly executed Sweepstakes documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions (all as determined by the Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible participant from among the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected participant). 

GENERAL

Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Anyone deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor at any time. Participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use/misuse of a prize or with participation in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person's computer hardware, software, or peripherals utilized in participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for any programming-associated failures or malfunctions.

RIGHTS TO PARTICIPANT CONTENT

Any written feedback, ratings or other content included in your survey responses (“Content”) submitted by the participant will be considered non-confidential and CarGurus is under no obligation to treat such Content as confidential or proprietary information. By submitting the Content, you hereby represent and warrant that such Content is not your nor any third party’s proprietary information. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to use the Content as it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, posting, reproducing, adapting, translating, publicly displaying, telecommunicating or performing, uploading to, transmitting, distributing, storing, creating derivative works from, publishing, deleting, editing, modifying, rejecting, or refusing to post it. Sponsor is under no obligation to offer you or make any payment for Content that you submit or its use as contemplated herein or for your permission or license to edit, delete or otherwise modify Content once it has been submitted to Sponsor. Sponsor shall have no duty to attribute authorship of Content to you and shall not be obligated to enforce any form of attribution by third parties.

If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the Content, you hereby declare that (a) you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the Content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the Content by Sponsor or its licensees or sublicensees, successors and assigns; (c) you forever irrevocably waive in favor of Sponsor and its successors, assigns, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and sublicensees, and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to, any and all moral rights you may have as an author throughout the World in any of the Content; and (d) you forever release Sponsor, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against Sponsor by virtue of any such moral rights.

USE OF DATA

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at  https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/privacyPolicy.html. Any personal data relating to participants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent.  Data relating to participants will only be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize and shall be retained by Sponsors for a reasonable period after the Sweepstakes period ends to assist the Sponsor to deal with any queries on the Sweepstakes.
